News from Judy Carducci
PLAN AHEAD FOR FRANCE IN 2014! People are already signing up, so don't wait too long.
Judith Carducci will be back at the beautiful Domaine du Haut Baran, in the inspiring Lot river valley in the heart of Cahors wine country from July 28 through August 6 (participants leave August 7), 2014.
This break from the annual France workshop schedule that Judy has kept since 2006 will give artists who have been wanting to take advantage of this thrilling experience nearly a year and a half to plan for it. (Who knows how many more opportunities there will be? The Baran will celebrate Judy's 80th year during the workshop!)
Participants paint in medieval walled towns, on Roman bridges and cobblestones, in villages listed as the most beautiful in France. Non-painting friends and family members enjoy their own guided tours. And we visit the original prehistoric cave paintings at Pech Merle. Days wind down with drinks on the terrace followed by an elegant dinner of traditional French regional cooking.
For more information and to register, go to www.hautbaran.com, and click on the Reservation Form at the bottom of the page. For questions, e-mail William Haas at hautbaranfrance@gmail.com.
