Free and open to the public, this will be an opportunity to meet collage and assemblage artists to inquire about their inspiration and process for creating their art.
The definition of collage: any piece of art with a layer glued on the surface. If the layer is buried in encaustic – is it still collage.
All collage is mixed media, but not all mixed media is collage.

The NCS library of collage books will be available for perusal and each attendee will receive a free catalog.
