The Clothesline Art Show is also the site of the Hudson Garden Club’s Garden Shop and Tea Room.
At the first show in 1963, students of Hudson artist Lowell E. Smith hung their paintings from a clothesline on a porch on Division Street. Today, the clothespins are clipped to aluminum panels but the spirit of the show continues.
